Lauren Panrucker

  • Lauren is a Creative Producer, Director, Photographer, and Videographer, and the founder of Tide Productions. Since starting the company in 2014, she has led projects across Australia and internationally, earning national and international awards for her work.

    She has collaborated with global brands such as Disney, BHP, TED, and Hills Hoist, as well as a wide range of community organisations and creative partners. With a strong foundation in photography, Lauren focuses on crafting stories that are both visually striking and deeply authentic.

 
 

Carolyn Goatley

  • Carolyn is a Creative Producer and Director who joined Tide Productions in 2019 while based in Los Angeles, and now leads the Melbourne branch of the company.

    She has had the privilege of interviewing government leaders, industry professionals, local and international artists, and women with lived experience across a range of important social issues. Her work has spanned collaborations with organisations such as Audible, the Australian Government, Act for Kids, Northside Connect, and WWILD, among others.

    With a background in writing, directing, and performing for both stage and screen, Carolyn brings a strong creative eye to every project. She also specialises in casting, ensuring the right voices and faces bring authenticity and depth to the stories Tide tells.

  • Phil Scanlan

    Phil is an award-winning Director of Photography, cinematographer, and photographer, widely recognised for his ability to capture authentic, striking, and unforgettable imagery. Over the last 10 years, he has brought his technical expertise and creative vision to Tide Productions, finding the perfect moment on both large-scale commercial shoots and intimate, agile projects.

  • Pearce Hoskinson

    Pearce is a highly skilled editor, animator, and illustrator, known for transforming ideas and raw footage into visually stunning stories. At Tide, he brings creativity and precision to every frame - whether crafting intricate animations, seamless edits, or original illustrations. Pearce’s work consistently elevates productions, adding a touch of magic that leaves a lasting impression.

    Jack is a talented cinematographer, photographer, and editor known for his bold and stylish approach to visual storytelling. With Tide, he combines technical skill with a creative eye to craft engaging, memorable content. Jack’s professionalism and collaborative approach consistently elevate every production he works on.

    Eli is a skilled editor, drone operator, and cinematographer with a sharp technical eye and a passion for capturing striking visuals. At Tide, he transforms complex projects into polished, engaging content, combining precision with creative intuition. Known for his collaborative approach, Eli consistently brings high-quality, dynamic imagery to every production.

  • Jake Bekker

    Jake is a Victoria-based cinematographer and editor with a strong creative vision and a background in acting. At Tide, he brings energy, problem-solving, and a personable approach to every shoot, helping the team perform at its best while shaping content that connects with audiences. Jake’s skill and creativity consistently elevate the storytelling in each project.

  • Xavier Porter

    Xavier is a Melbourne-based cinematographer, photographer, and drone operator with a strong background in directing and camera work. He brings a creative and technical approach to every Tide project, ensuring each production meets the highest standards. Fun fact: Carolyn was one of the actors in his university short film and loved his work, which led to him joining the Tide team.
